Our Sacred Sanctuary is not about finding yourself. It’s about remembering the truth that’s been living inside you all along. The answers you’re searching for aren’t out there. They are already within you, buried beneath layers of conditioning, expectations, and stories that were never yours to carry. When you strip it all away and stand in the raw essence of who you are, you reclaim your sovereignty - the sacred authority to lead your life from your soul’s deepest knowing.
We believe awakening begins within but expands through sacred connection. Transformation happens when women gather to witness, challenge, and awaken each other. This is a space for the visionaries, the cycle breakers, the healers, the ones who know they were never meant to live a small life. Here, we don’t follow old blueprints. We create new worlds. We rise not by abandoning who we’ve been, but by alchemizing every part of ourselves into power.

I created Our Sacred Sanctuary out of my own rising. In 2009, I started a small workout group that grew into a global No Excuse Mom movement, expanding to more than 500 communities worldwide. Through that work, I witnessed how deeply women crave connection — a place to be real, to be seen, to build sisterhood, and to lead their lives from strength. Then my world cracked open. Stage 4 cancer brought me to my knees and forced me to face every layer of trauma I had buried. It woke me up to the truth that everything I had been searching for was already alive inside me.
Through fierce self-love, severing what kept me small, and living unapologetically in my truth, I came home to myself. That is where I found my sanctuary — not in a place, but in my soul. Now I’m here to build that same sacred space for every woman who is ready to remember her power, reclaim her sovereignty, and rise beyond the stories that once defined her. Our Sacred Sanctuary is more than a community. It is a movement of awakening, a rebellion against inauthenticity, and a global homecoming for women who refuse to forget who they are.
